  10. discarding = discarding the modified doc
  11. canceling  = canceling the effect of (ADJUST) clicking on a window's close icon
  12.              (hey ed, i've changed my mind, do not close that doc-window yet)

  22.    All editors open the dpd. The window is closed down.

  27.    !Draw  opens the dpd and starts the sdc dialog.

  33.           the 'Save as' dialog first, after which the dpd will be opened
